Who wants to pay for shipping? No one! Tracked shipping is free all around the world! Yay!

• EUROPE: approx. 3-6 business days 
• NORTH AMERICA: approx. 5-8 business days 
 
Your order will be tracked and most often be delivered straight to your mailbox - no fuss! All items are sent with PostNord (the Swedish Postal Service), so deliveries will generally be handled by the official Postal Service in your country. If you’re in the US, this means that USPS will be delivering your order. Please note that shipping times are estimates, and not guarantees! The jewellery will arrive in a white custom made organza gift bag with thick black tassels. I use hard cardboard boxes with tissue paper inside to keep your new pieces safe during transit - no flimsy envelopes here!

Returns and exchanges can absolutely be made within the EU (just contact us within 14 days), but unfortunately NOT from other parts of the world.

This is simply because the import charges back into Sweden are too high in those cases - from about US $25 and up per returned package. We are so sorry about this, we would happily accept all returns if this was not the case! 

Within the EU there is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please bear in mind that the return cost is the customer’s responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
